HI DIVAS…..THIS IS MY 2ND WEEK FOR OSTEO WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM.THIS CLASS DOES A VARIETY OF EXERCISES INTENDED TO SUPPORT THOSE WITH OSTEOPOROSIS AND HELP OTHERS WITH PREVENTION TECHNIQUES. I GO 2-3 TIMES A WEEK TO “FIT AFTER 50” THIS IS A UNIQUE HEALTH, FITNESS AND WELLNESS CENTER OFFERING SPECIALIZED SERVICES AND PROGRAMS FOR MEMBERS LIKE “ME”. I LOVE THIS NEW PLACE, EVERY TIME I COME I HAVE MY OWN TRAINER TO GUIDE ME THROUGH THE PROGRAM THAT WAS CUSTOMIZED JUST FOR THIS BOOMER DIVA.IT’S TIME FOR “ME” TO KICK IT UP A NOTCH FOR GORGE BONES
